Who am I
I am a certified family coach and a certified EFT (aka tapping) practitioner.
I have been working with children and teenagers for 15 years: as a teacher in Middle and High Schools in France, in Netherlands and in the USA. What I loved about teaching is the relationship based on trust: I have always wanted to bring young people to autonomy, help them get to know each other better in order to move forward and become serene and confident adults.
For several years, I have been looking for answers to the sufferings of the people around me, parents, teenagers, children. After discovering Nonviolent Communication, it was tapping EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) that came as a no-brainer in my life. So I became a tapping practitioner.
In 2022, I decided to become a family coach so I could help better the families and the children. I am a very empathetic person, and today it is a very precious thing for me to exercise a profession of helping relationship _ a profession that makes sense.

Trauma, attachement and resilience
Trauma is a prison. Many people are not always aware that they are carrying a trauma that is hindering their development and affecting their ability to live a fulfilled life today. They are not necessarily aware of being the victims and survivors of traumas that could not be heard, digested, appeased and which are stored in their body or their psyche. new light on trauma, attachment wounds and their consequences on everyone with a wide range of approaches and techniques such as Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, EFT...Summit on line https://quantum-way.com/evenements/espace-sommet-trauma-attachement-resilience-2021/
Most traumatized people carry the burden of transgenerational trauma. Whether it's abuse within a family...or painful and deep legacies of racism, oppression and violence...these wounds can lead to decades of suffering and unhappiness. To effectively deal with trauma, we must be able to identify and heal the transgenerational traumas that inhibit some people. Fortunately, thanks to extraordinary neurobiology research and clinical experience, we now have the knowledge and skills to identify and transform this often hidden form of trauma. 2-Day: Trauma Conference: The Body Keeps the Score-Trauma Healing with Bessel van der Kolk, MD (Online Course)
Nobody can “treat” abuse, rape, molestation, or any other horrendous event. What has happened cannot be undone.
But what can be dealt with are the imprints of the trauma on body, mind, and soul.
Bessel van der Kolk, MD is one of the most renowned trauma experts - one who has spent decades working both as a researcher and clinician. – and NY Times bestselling author of The Body Keeps The Score.
As clinicians, the challenge is to help clients reestablish ownership of their bodies and minds — to feel without becoming overwhelmed, enraged, ashamed, or collapsed.
It takes specific methods, like neurofeedback, EMDR, meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and sensory integration. Dr. van der Kolk has used every one of these methods extensively to successfully treat his own clients, and has also experienced them himself.
This 2-day conference will serve as both a guide and an invitation – an invitation to dedicate yourself to the pursuit of helping trauma clients with the best treatment approaches proven to alleviate suffering.
